本プライバシーポリシーは、iOS/Androidアプリ「GlitchVideo」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の
開発者である YU HASHIZUME（以下「開発者」といいます）による、
ユーザー情報の取扱いについて説明するものです。
1. 取得する情報
1.1 広告に関する情報
本アプリでは、広告配信のために Google AdMob を使用しています。
AdMob により、iOSにおける広告識別子（IDFA）、Androidにおける広告ID
（Advertising ID / Google Advertising ID / AAID）、端末情報、アプリの利用状況、
広告の表示・クリックに関する情報、IPアドレス等が取得・利用される場合があります。
これらの情報は、広告の配信、広告効果の測定、不正防止、ユーザーに適した広告の表示等の目的で利用される場合があります。
iOSにおいて、IDFAを利用したトラッキングが必要となる場合、本アプリは App Tracking Transparency に基づき、
ユーザーの許可を求める場合があります。ユーザーが許可しない場合、IDFAは利用されません。
Androidにおいて、広告IDはユーザーが端末設定からリセットまたは削除できる場合があります。
1.2 アプリ内課金に関する情報
本アプリでは、広告表示を削除するためのアプリ内課金機能を提供する場合があります。
アプリ内課金の処理は、Apple App Store または Google Play の決済システムを通じて行われます。
開発者がユーザーのクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を直接取得することはありません。
2. 利用目的
開発者は、取得または取り扱う情報を以下の目的で利用します。
- 広告を表示するため
- 広告表示削除等のアプリ内課金機能を提供するため
- 本アプリの品質向上、不具合修正、利用状況の把握のため
- 不正利用の防止、セキュリティ確保のため
- お問い合わせへの対応のため
3. 動画データについて
本アプリで撮影または読み込まれた動画データは、ユーザーの端末上で処理されます。
開発者は、ユーザーが本アプリで撮影または読み込んだ動画ファイルを、開発者のサーバーへ自動的にアップロードすることはありません。
ユーザーがOSの共有機能、クラウド保存機能、外部アプリ連携等を利用した場合は、
当該外部サービスのプライバシーポリシーや利用規約が適用される場合があります。
4. 第三者サービスの利用
本アプリでは、以下の第三者サービスを利用する場合があります。
- Google AdMob
- Apple App Store のアプリ内課金
- Google Play のアプリ内課金
これらの第三者サービスにおいて取得される情報、利用目的、第三者提供等については、
各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
5. 外部送信について
本アプリでは、広告配信および広告効果測定のため、Google AdMob を利用しています。
これに伴い、利用者の端末から Google LLC に対して、以下の情報が送信される場合があります。

6. 広告について
本アプリでは、Google AdMob を利用して広告を表示する場合があります。
AdMob は、広告配信のために、iOSにおける広告識別子（IDFA）、
Androidにおける広告ID（Advertising ID / Google Advertising ID / AAID）、
端末情報、IPアドレス、広告の表示・クリックに関する情報等を利用する場合があります。
ユーザーは、端末の設定により、広告IDのリセット、広告IDの削除、
パーソナライズ広告の制限、またはトラッキング許可設定を変更できる場合があります。
iOSにおいて、IDFAを利用したトラッキングが必要となる場合、本アプリは App Tracking Transparency に基づき、
ユーザーの許可を求める場合があります。ユーザーが許可しない場合、IDFAは利用されません。
7. アプリ内課金について
本アプリでは、広告表示を削除するためのアプリ内課金を提供する場合があります。
購入処理、返金、解約、購入履歴の管理等は、Apple App Store または Google Play の仕組みに従って行われます。
開発者は、課金状態の確認のために、購入状態やレシート情報等を利用する場合があります。
8. 個人情報の第三者提供
開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。
ただし、本アプリで利用する広告配信、アプリ内課金、OS標準機能、外部サービス等を通じて、
各サービス提供者が情報を取得する場合があります。
9. ユーザーによる管理
ユーザーは、端末の設定から、本アプリに対するカメラ、マイク、写真ライブラリ、ファイル等へのアクセス許可を変更できます。
ただし、必要なアクセス許可を無効にした場合、本アプリの一部機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。
10. セキュリティ
開発者は、取り扱う情報について、不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざん、漏えい等を防止するため、
合理的な安全管理措置を講じるよう努めます。
11. プライバシーポリシーの変更
開発者は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。
変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本アプリ内または開発者が指定するウェブページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。

GlitchVideo Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how YU HASHIZUME, the developer of the iOS/Android
application "GlitchVideo" (the "App"), handles user information.
1. Information Collected
1.1 Advertising Information
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
AdMob may collect and use information such as the Identifier for Advertisers on iOS (IDFA),
the Advertising ID / Google Advertising ID / AAID on Android, device information,
app usage information, information related to ad impressions and clicks,
IP address, and other information.
Such information may be used for ad delivery, ad performance measurement, fraud prevention,
and displaying ads that may be relevant to users.
On iOS, if tracking using the IDFA is required, the App may request the user's permission
in accordance with App Tracking Transparency. If the user does not grant permission,
the IDFA will not be used.
On Android, users may be able to reset or delete the Advertising ID through their device settings.
1.2 In-App Purchase Information
The App may offer in-app purchases to remove advertisements.
In-app purchases are processed through the payment systems provided by the Apple App Store
or Google Play.
The Developer does not directly collect users' credit card numbers or other payment card information.
2. Purposes of Use
The Developer uses the information collected or handled for the following purposes:
- To display advertisements
- To provide in-app purchase features, including ad removal
- To improve the quality of the App, fix bugs, and understand usage
- To prevent unauthorized use and ensure security
- To respond to inquiries
3. Video Data
Video data recorded or loaded in the App is processed on the user's device.
The Developer does not automatically upload videos recorded or loaded by users in the App
to any server operated by the Developer.
If users use operating system sharing features, cloud storage features, or integrations with external apps,
the privacy policies and terms of those external services may apply.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party services:
- Google AdMob
- Apple App Store in-app purchases
- Google Play in-app purchases
Please refer to the privacy policies of each service provider for details regarding information collected,
purposes of use, and sharing with third parties by those services.
5. External Transmission of User Information
The App uses Google AdMob for ad delivery and ad performance measurement.
As a result, the following information may be transmitted from the user's device to Google LLC.

6. Advertising
The App may display advertisements using Google AdMob.
AdMob may use the Identifier for Advertisers on iOS (IDFA),
the Advertising ID / Google Advertising ID / AAID on Android,
device information, IP address, and information related to ad impressions and clicks for ad delivery.
Users may be able to reset or delete their advertising identifier, limit personalized advertising,
or change tracking permission settings through their device settings.
On iOS, if tracking using the IDFA is required, the App may request the user's permission
in accordance with App Tracking Transparency. If the user does not grant permission,
the IDFA will not be used.
7. In-App Purchases
The App may offer in-app purchases to remove advertisements.
Purchase processing, refunds, cancellations, and purchase history management are handled
in accordance with the mechanisms provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
The Developer may use purchase status and receipt information to verify the user's purchase status.
8. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Developer does not disclose users' personal information to third parties without the user's consent,
except as required by law.
However, service providers may collect information through advertising delivery, in-app purchases,
operating system features, or external services used in the App.
9. User Controls
Users can change permissions granted to the App, such as access to the camera, microphone,
photo library, and files, through their device settings.
However, disabling necessary permissions may prevent some features of the App from functioning properly.
10. Security
The Developer strives to take reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction,
alteration, or leakage of information handled by the Developer.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Developer may update this Privacy Policy as necessary.
The updated Privacy Policy will become effective when posted in the App or on a web page designated by the Developer.
