Kalliopeia プライバシーポリシー
本プライバシーポリシーは、iOS向け音楽プレイヤーアプリ「Kalliopeia」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の
開発者である YU HASHIZUME（以下「開発者」といいます）による、
ユーザー情報の取扱いについて説明するものです。
1. 取得する情報
1.1 アプリ内で処理される情報
本アプリは音楽プレイヤーとしての機能を提供するため、ユーザーの端末上の音楽ライブラリ、
メディアファイル、曲名、アーティスト名、アルバム名、再生状態等の情報を端末上で処理する場合があります。
また、ユーザーが外部サービス連携を利用する場合、その連携に必要な認証情報および再生情報を、
外部サービスへの送信のために取り扱う場合があります。
開発者は、アプリ上で使用されるこれらの情報を取得しません。
1.2 お問い合わせに関する情報
ユーザーがお問い合わせフォームを利用する場合、入力されたメールアドレスおよび問い合わせ内容を、
お問い合わせ対応のために開発者が取得または取り扱う場合があります。
2. 利用目的
開発者が取得または取り扱う情報は、お問い合わせの際にユーザーが入力したメールアドレスおよび問い合わせ内容に限られます。
これらの情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
- お問い合わせへの対応のため
- お問い合わせ内容の確認および対応履歴の管理のため
- お問い合わせ内容に基づく本アプリの不具合調査または改善検討のため
3. 音楽データについて
本アプリで読み込まれた音楽ファイルおよび音楽ライブラリの情報は、ユーザーの端末上で処理されます。
開発者は、ユーザーの音楽ファイルを開発者のサーバーへ自動的にアップロードすることはありません。
ユーザーがOSの共有機能、クラウド保存機能、外部アプリ連携等を利用した場合は、
当該外部サービスのプライバシーポリシーや利用規約が適用される場合があります。
4. 外部送信について
ユーザーが外部サービス連携を利用する場合、利用者の端末から以下の情報が送信される場合があります。
連携を利用しない場合、この連携による送信は行われません。

5. 個人情報の第三者提供
開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。
ただし、OS標準機能や外部サービス等を通じて、各サービス提供者が情報を取得する場合があります。
6. セキュリティ
開発者は、取り扱う情報について、不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざん、漏えい等を防止するため、
合理的な安全管理措置を講じるよう努めます。
7. プライバシーポリシーの変更
開発者は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。
変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本アプリ内または開発者が指定するウェブページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。

This Privacy Policy explains how YU HASHIZUME, the developer of the iOS
music player application "Kalliopeia" (the "App"), handles user information.
1. Information Collected
1.1 Information Processed in the App
To provide music player features, the App may process information on the user's device,
such as the user's music library, media files, track titles, artist names, album names,
and playback status.
If users use an external service integration, the App may handle authentication information
and playback information required for transmission to that external service.
The Developer does not collect this information used within the App.
1.2 Inquiry Information
If users use the contact form, the Developer may collect or handle the email address
and inquiry details entered by the user in order to respond to the inquiry.
2. Purposes of Use
The information collected or handled by the Developer is limited to the email address
and inquiry details entered by users when they contact the Developer.
Such information is used for the following purposes:
- To respond to inquiries
- To review inquiry details and manage response history
- To investigate bugs or consider improvements to the App based on inquiry details
3. Music Data
Music files and music library information loaded in the App are processed on the user's device.
The Developer does not automatically upload users' music files to any server operated by the Developer.
If users use operating system sharing features, cloud storage features, or integrations with external apps,
the privacy policies and terms of those external services may apply.
4. External Transmission of User Information
If users use an external service integration, the following information may be transmitted
from the user's device.
If users do not use the integration, no information is transmitted through it.

The Developer does not disclose users' personal information to third parties without the user's consent,
except as required by law.
However, service providers may collect information through operating system features
or external services used in the App.
6. Security
The Developer strives to take reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction,
alteration, or leakage of information handled by the Developer.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Developer may update this Privacy Policy as necessary.
The updated Privacy Policy will become effective when posted in the App or on a web page designated by the Developer.
